Every room is non smoking, so no choice has to be made between the rooms you want, its price and if you have to endure the smell of an ashtray.

The hotel is new, in a good location, and modern facilities.

The attitude of the staff is typical of Chicago. Indifferent to rude.

The 82 all-suites Springhill Suites by Marriott Bolingbrook is located in the suburbs of Chicago providing economically priced accommodation for the business traveler or families on vacation. The three-story, non-smoking hotel is located close to I-55 and I-355 making it an ideal place to stay if you are planning to attend events at Grant Park, Chicago Museums Campus or McCormick Place Convention Center. Items included with the room rate are a hot breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, parking, a morning newspaper and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The hotel is close to the upscale Promenade Bolingbrook Mall, Joliet Racetrack, Route 66 Race Track, Empress Casino and Harrahs Casino. The hotel has one meeting room for social or business functions than can accommodate 16 guests.

All the suites have a wet bar, small refrigerator and microwave oven. Other features are a work desk with high-speed Internet access, two-line telephone with voicemail, cable television with movie channels,, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer. Four suites have the added benefit of a two-person whirlpool.

The complimentary breakfast is the only meal served here but there are several restaurants nearby including a Dennys, Olive Garden, and Cheddars Bar and Grill. Couples found that this was an ideal place for a weekend getaway. Families liked the property because it was inexpensive and close to many attractions. Businessmen were close to the Interstates so they could visit clients close to Chicago then retreat to this suburban hotel and not pay the higher rates charged in the windy city. Most former guests at this hotel said they would stay here on future visits to the area and recommend the property to others.
