The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and clean smelling. Bed comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Overall, everything was excellent! I cannot say enough well!

The hotel's credit card machine wasn't working properly when I checked in (and I still think a $250 deposit is extremely steep), claiming I didn't have enough on my credit card, even though I had checked it before I left and knew I had over $700 available. The side door did not work with my room key card and never did during my whole stay, despite the staff claiming they were aware of the problem. My room door also would not open and I had to require assistance. The staff was quick to offer help, but for a hotel of this quality, I would have expected things like doors to work. The room, however, was fabulous, far above what I expected. I'm sorry I wasn't staying longer. The hot breakfast was excellent and although the public computer was somewhat slow, it was nice to have that option also (for this non-laptop traveler).

Travelers who stayed in this Residence Inn were impressed with the spacious suites, with a complete kitchen, and said the bathrooms were squeaky clean with a super shower. The employees were helpful and efficient and the rates reasonable for all the items that were included. Shoppers enjoyed the location just steps from the Stratford Square Shopping Mall.
