The key card lock on our room door malfunctioned. We were offered another room, but we had already unpacked. The hotel staff opened our room every time we returned to the hotel with a pleasant smile. They also reduced our room rate due to the inconvenience. Great staff!

I've stayed at this hotel before so I already knew what it would be like, it's not really worth the $.

I liked the pool and the hot tub.

The walls were really thin and a family next door had a baby that cried.

The check-in was quick and easy. Very friendly staff. Rooms are clean. Very old and outdated. Would have been nice to have a fridge in the room. There was complimentary WiFi in all rooms. Also note, rooms overlooking the pool, are smaller and have more outside noise than the ones without the view. I had a nice big room, without the view, in a corner, and it was pretty quiet. Easy location, right off on HWY 95. Too far to walk to the beach but only approximately 10 minutes to drive.

The cost was good compared to the other ones in town.

Not very fancy. Really old. No fridge in room.

Quality Inn Sandpoint hotel is situated just a short walk away from downtown Sandpoint and its unique boutiques, specialty stores, art galleries and great dining opportunities. The property is decorated with lush vegetation and ample woodwork to appease the mind. The hotel lounge is a quiet spacious place to do some reading or you can request it for a private party. The hotel houses a restaurant also. Free newspapers are available to all guests. The friendly saff at the front desk will help you at any odd time.
