Everything about this stay was great. Rooms were big and clean. Was given coupons for kids to eat free. Nice layout and security. Amenities such as centrally located internet access, ping pong table, etc. was nice touch. Pool has 9 foot deep area (roped off) but no lifeguards so keep an eye on your kids ! Again, jacuzzi was a tad tepid, (probably because kid-friendly), but otherwise a great choice !!

The pool was nice. A little cold for younger children. The hot tub was too cold. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast service was slow.

Everything about the hotel was nice, except that some of it's rooms have no outside source of light and open up to a large common area. This features creates a lack of privacy and a feeling that anyone at the pool or just walking around can see into the room. I also didn't enjoy that there wasn't a complimentary breakfast. The staff was friendly and professional and the rooms were clean (though the bathroom was dingy from age)

Clean, efficient, well organized. This place has atmosphere and lots of amenities. It would be nice to have "adult only" evening hours for the pool/hot tub.

Overall the hotel is okay. It's clean and the staff are friendly. They have a fairly large indoor pool which my kids enjoyed greatly. They also have hot spa and suana room. The best part of the hotel is the restaurant. It was not cheap but the food was quite good. Kids eat free if you stay at the hotel. I would stay in this hotel again.

This is a very nice and very clean hotel. The front desk was very kind as well as the restaurant morning staff. The rooms were clean. The only thing that is questionable is the housekeeping employees appearance. Compared to every other hotel and employee at this location, they look sloppy and not very clean.

This hotel has the best service I have ever encountered anywhere. The staff was very courteous and our rooms were spotless. There are not even any cockroaches in Idaho!!!
