THE STAFF WAS INTERUPTIVE, NO MANNERS. tHEY MISSED MY WAKE UP CALL, WHICH MADE ME MISS MY FLIGHT, AND I FOUND A USED CONDOM IN THE ROOM.

We were greeted professionally and even though our room was not available at the time, we were offered alternative luggage storage. The reservation was exactly as we had requested.

This hotel was great! The staff was very helpful, and especially kind. Everything in the hotel was clean and in good working order. The pool was wonderful. We especially liked the nightly cookies, after a long day. Have to say again how helpful and courteous everyone who worked here was! Great stay!
