My experience in this hotel was wonderful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Honolulu. I've traveled extensively, and the staff at this hotel was the most courteous I?ve ever come across. I will definitely return to this hotel for business and pleasure.

Staff was very friendly, complimentary coffee was a plus, continental breakfast was a nice convenient start to the day when you're heading out. Location was fabulous. Very short walk to the beach, but away from the business of the beach. Also very close to restaurants, shops, and the International Marketplace. Lobby was very nice and comfortable. Pool area was very nice. Rooms are ok. Under renovations, so will be a lot nicer once they are complete.

Complimentary coffee in the lobby, continental breakfast, friendliness of staff.

Problem with toilet, had to have it looked at 3 times, hallways were under renovations and not appealing at all.

As a budget hotel in Hawaii, the Aqua Bamboo goes beyond the basics. Guests were pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms and friendly staff, as well as the hotel's proximity to the beach and other attractions. They were really pleased that the free continental breakfasts were actually delivered to the room. The weekly cocktail receptions were also a big hit.
