Great customer service but small rooms.Nice pool on the roof but only 5" deep with hot tub which is really HOT that you can not stay in more than 10 sec. Good location close to everything!

I first read other reviews of the hotel. When I got there, I didn't understand why others rated it so low. I thought it was a great great hotel with very friendly staff. Very close to the beach and shopping. Also, there is a rental car desk in the lobby which was very nice.

Spacious rooms - well equipped, friendly staff, centrally located - public transportation-restaurants-market place, beach in walking distance, to sum it up: great deal for the buck!

This condo is one of the best that I have stayed in. I have been coming to Hawaii for over 15 years and I always look forward to staying here. The 1 bedroom units include a kitchen, living room area and fairly large balcony and the view of Honolulu from you room (Higher Floors) are a spectacular treat for your eyes. This Condo is truly an enjoyable relaxing location for your stay in Oahu.

My husband & I stayed here for the "Aloha Festival", our 6th trip for that..great time to visit. We had a 1 bdrm condo..with kitchen. The rooms were large and nice size balcony.too..maids kept it all clean. Great ocean view on 25th floor. Nicest, most spacious place that we have found in our "favorite" vacation spot. 2 short blocks to the beach, too.

Started with excellent service from desk clerk, great room on 28th floor with spectacular ocean view. Good size 1 bedroom Condo unit with kitchen made many of our meals in our room. Will come back on all of vacations to Oahu.

The reception area and corridors of this hotel are looking in need of some repainting but once inside the room (small suite) we were very pleased with the facilities. The balcony was large with a sea view, the bedroom and living area was well furnished and the kitchen and bathroom was more than adequate. One thing that detracted for us non-smokers was a strong smell of cigarette smoke on entering. We would however, stay at this hotel again and recommend it for a reasonably priced comfortable place to stay.

The room was surprisingly large with a kitchenette and sitting area. The staff was friendly and very helpfull. I highly recommend this hotel.

I loved it here! This is by far one of the best hotels in Honolulu. The vew is great and soo are the rooms i'll be staying here agin.I hope that all of you out there will stay here too!

I stayed here for a week with my family of five, and my kids loved the pool and the view. The view was great.And the rooms are great to there big and beautiful. We're going agin in summer and we're going to stay here.

The best thing about this hotel is the location.Walking distance to everythingJust like 2 minutes from waikiki. The rooms were not the cleanest and the pictures are decieving.I resevered an ocean view and from our room we had to look around the corner but hawaii is so beautiful nothing can spoil it!!
