Great view, hotel has 3 elevators, quick access. The showers had mildew, and the furniture i.e. Especially the couch was old. Very friendly staff and helpful.

Greta location for the price. Decent room for 2 can fit 4 with the sleeper. Decent TV, but must pay for internet. Air conditioner a wall unit directly adjacent to the bed, to cold or too breezy. Shower made a strange noise with water pressure. Saw one roach. However, the place is staffed with an excellent and friendly crew.
Staff is helpful with getting cabs and providing beach amenities.
Air conditioners were positioned to blow right on the sleepers.

Every room has a kitchenette that is set up with everything you could possibly need. Of course there is cable TV & high-speed Internet and each day you receive a complimentary newspaper and fresh beach towels. Amenities offered
There's a rooftop swimming pool! Amenities include a laundromat, secure parking, sundry store, 3 ABC stores within 1 block and a Coconut Cafe across the street (lovely for an inexpensive lunch). There is a tour guide desk set up during the daytime hours and several brochures if it is closed. There is also a tap & fresh towels on the front walk in case you are just getting back from the beach.

I stayed for 30 days and it felt like home. A perfect spot if you are staying for an extended period. Out of all hotels that I have stayed in on Waikiki, this is the only one that I never saw bugs in, not even once!
