Every employee was very helpful, courteous and professional. We liked having the safe for a extra $3.00 per day. My husband sat out on the lanai whenever we were there. Very good security, especially the elevator requiring a key. We may be going back to Hawaii next summer and hope we can get the Ohana Waikiki Malia.
Close to the beach and bus stopped right in front.
Neither my husband or myself have any complaints.

Nice rooms and views. Quiet. Parking garage is very tight and not connected to all of the guest areas.
Clean, airy, close to lots of activities.

This is a great no frills hotel. It's location near Waikiki is unbeatable and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Convenient and friendly. Great value for location.
The carpets and comforter seemed dirty.

This easily accessible property provides a comprehensive range of amenities and services for leisure travelers. Most of the guests were happy with spacious clean affordable rooms, kitchen amenities, free functional internet, location and knowledgeable affable staff. They would not mind staying here again. However, some visitors griped about small unclean rooms, malfunctioning in-room amenities, roaches, poor water supply, noise and rude staff.
