My time was so wonderful there, I really liked the live band at night. During the day it was interesting because there was like a little craft fair going on in the lobby. All the staff that we approached was very friendly and always greeted us with a friendly smile. We would love to stay at the Sheraton Princess Kai'ulani hotel again.

I loved the staff they were so helpful to us and the room was very comfortable.

This hotel was very pleasant and the staff was amazing! We had a wonderful time. They did not have our non-smoking room ready the night we arrived, so we were given the top room- it was an incredible view and an excellent way to wake up our first morning in Hawaii.

Staff was amazing; hotel was in a great location!

Bathtub was plugged from all the sand.

This hotel is a clean, modern and spacious facility within easy walking distance of Wakiki beach. The personnel there were friendly and accommodating. We definitely recommend it for Honolulu visitors; you will not be disappointed.

Centrally located Sheraton Princess offers more than a good nights sleep. Most of the visitors were pleased with everything and would not mind staying here again. They appreciated nice beds, poolside entertainment, buffet breakfast, free in-room safe and pineapple juice, clean rooms, helpful and polite staff, pool area and location. However, some guests griped about dated furniture, spotty Internet, run down old rooms, overpriced food, service and, fee for Internet, safe and parking.
