Overall, I had a good experience. The bellmen were very courteous and helpful with their knowledge and assistance. The front desk people were very nice and accomodating.Even for a 2-star I thought the room would be a little more than it was.

The Queen Kapiolani Hotel, was a very good experience for me and my significant. We enjoyed near by attractions and restaurants. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family. Plus it was so cheap.

overall, i liked this hotel due to the fact that is was 1/2 block from waikiki beach - close to shopping, restaurants and sight seeing places like diamond head and the zoo. didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant but would have loved to tried it since it has local cuisine.

Close to beach, zoo and diamond head.

No WiFi internet access; parking is expensive.

The Queen provides more than the basics for a fun-filled vacation. Most of the visitors were happy with comfortable accommodations, modern amenities, well-prepared food at the restaurant, rental shop for water sports, views, location and helpful and friendly staff. The hotel offered good value for the money spent. However, some guests complained about poor in-room internet access, broken amenities, noise and inconsistent service. Another concern was that bed sheets were not changed daily.
