Very friendly and good breakfast at a great price.

I'd like to have had a microwave and DVD player in my room.

The 81-room Courtyard by Marriott Valdosta provides quality accommodation at a reasonable price for both vacationers and the business traveler. The three-story, non-smoking hotel is located close to the Wild Adventures theme park, Moody Air Force Base, and Valdosta State University. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, parking, a morning newspaper and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The hotel has two meeting rooms for social or business functions. The larger can accommodate 30 guests. There are three golf courses a short drive from the hotel. Other attractions downtown include a walking tour of the historical district and several homes and gardens open to view.

All the rooms, and three suites, have a well-lit work desk with high-speed Internet access, two dual-line telephones with voicemail, coffee and tea making facilities, cable television with news and movie channels, VCR player, pullout sofa bed, iron and ironing board, alarm clock and a hairdryer. Most rooms have a sitting area and a refrigerator.
