The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. The room upgrade was a very pleasant surprise. This was one of the nicest room on our entire trip.

They upgraded us to the Jacuzzi room. Excellent!

Excellent breakfast buffet include biscuits, sausage and eggs as well as waffles fruit and cereal. Hotel staff was very friendly.

Big beds, clean rooms large room, fridge and microwave.

The 77-room Comfort Inn and Suites Statesboro is two miles from Georgia Southern University and provides affordable accommodation for both the business and pleasure traveler. Items included with the room rate at this three-story, non-smoking hotel are a full hot breakfast, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, in-room coffee, a newspaper on weekday mornings and parking. There is a 2,500 square-foot state-of-the art conference center available for business or social functions. Area landmarks and attractions include the Mill Creek Plantation, Ogeechee Technical College, the Ogeechee River, the Georgia Southern Museum, the Splash in the Boro water park and shopping at the Statesboro Mall. This Statesboro hotel gets mixed reviews from those who have stayed. Some rate it as the best place to stay in the area while others complained that the property was in need of updating and said that housekeeping was not up to par. We allow the property to sneak in with a YES rating in the hope that management will clean up its act and continue to offer reasonable prices. There were some clients who enjoyed their visit so much that they said they would stay here again. Sadly those guests were in the minority.
