Ask for a pet free room; they allow pets in certain rooms We had a quiet, clean 2nd floor room across the street from the University, Breakfast was average continential good

The hotel double charged me for the room. I am still trying to get a refund on my credit card. We also left a bridal bouquet in the refrigerator and called about 30 minutes after we left. We were told the cleaning team had not turned it in yet but mangement would get it and have it for pick up. When trying to pick up we were told it wasn't there!!
