my family has had 2 large reunions there; treated with nothing but respect & understanding;staff very patient servicing 300 @ a time; only problem, no elevator; difficult for elderly & handicap

Room was dirty, found our pillows on the floor after maid supposedly cleaned room, no breakfast after 8am, Staff extremely rude, place needs to be closed!

The staff was poorly trained, and lacked intregrity. They just dont get it, why bother! Customer No Service!!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Help was courteous and attentive. Rooms were clean and well appointed.

We enjoyed our stay, but some of the lamps didn't work (even when we checked with bulbs out of lamps that were working). Clean and neat.

We came to town to be with family. As we had stayed once before with no real complaints, we expected the same this visit. The staff was unwelcoming, even rude when we requested a couple of extra bath towels. The room was dirty, obviously so. The A/C was not functioning properly, and even in Feb. one needs A/C in South GA. Why didn't we complain? We were there for a funeral, and just didn't want the extra burden. We will never stay there again.
