The room was not vacuumed or swept for both days we were there. We found a vacuum in the hallway and did it ourselves. They left 2 paper thin bath towels. I had to get more towels, toilet paper, batteries for the remote, cups, and coffee from the front desk since housekeeping didn't leave those items. I was told by the manager that he would discount both nights by $10 but, when I checked out the desk clerk didn't know how to do it and insisted that the charge didn't hit my credit card even though I had the receipt. I would not stay here again.

The smoking room was the only one left. The housekeepers should not be allowed to smoke in the room if it is a smoking room or not. The room was always heavy with smoke. The jacuzzi needs a good cleaning. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Advertised as a complete renovation; carpets were not cleaned. The door key cards had beed used so much they were hard to get to work.

Couldn't have been better. The lady fixing breakfast should get a raise and at a minimum she should get the benefit of a surcharge.

This facility was run down and unclean. The free breakfast was sub-par. We couldn't get napkins or plates for the self serve area; there wasn't any milk for the cereal, and the juice tasted old.

Restaurants are within walking distance; the campus is a short five minute drive; gasoline station close by; room was clean and the price was right.;quiet at night; easy parking. I'd stay here again when in town.
