Extremely clean, well-built, quiet. Solid doors, large bathroom, great showerhead. It was raining (tropical storm) when I arrived, would have been nice to have covered loading/unloading area; but, that is my only complaint. Plenty of restaurants/shopping nearby. Great valus for the $
