First of all the customer service is terrible and absolutely indifferent. Even checking usually takes a long time as the clerks are constantly leaving their section, and guests have complained about being overcharged. Unprofessionalism extends to guestrooms as they exhibit very dirty carpeting as well as offer poor lighting to hide it.
