Staff was very friendly and helpful. A little pricey for quality but this was due to location. My family and I will stay at other Holiday Inn Expresses on future trips.

The rooms were very clean. Bed was comfortable.

This hotel a few miles from the main part of St. Simon's Island. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, when I needed assistance-which was a couple of times. It was very clean and in a safe neighborhood. It would be good for business travelers, if you can forego the good bed. We both woke up through the night. The bed was just too hard and not comfortable. That is pretty much the deciding factor on any hotel for me personally. I thought it would be an updated bed, since the hotel looked so new.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and so helpful.

The bed was so uncomfortable; it pretty much ruined it for us.

Perfect location for Savannah tourism. Staff very helpful. Lots of late night noise in atrium and service is lounge was very slow. Good value for money.

The bell staff and front desk staff were excellent.

The 60-room Holiday Inn Express St Simons Island provides inexpensive accommodation with a tropical island décor, for both the business and leisure traveler. The two-story non-smoking motor inn is two miles from the beach and is located near historical downtown Brunswick, Jekyll Island, Little St Simons Island and Sea Island. Items included with the room rate are an expanded continental breakfast, high-speed Internet access, a morning newspaper and a ticket to go aboard the Emerald Princess II Casino and enjoy a five-hour cruise on the Atlantic. The property has one meeting room for business or social functions that can handle up to 30 guests.

Rooms come with a choice of one king-size bed or two queen-size beds. All rooms have a work area with high-speed Internet, cable television, hairdryer, coffee maker and IDD telephone with voicemail. Connecting rooms are available and rollaway beds can be provided at a cost of $10 per night.

Great prices, great location close to the beach, and good ol Southern hospitality from a fine team of helpful and efficient employees. Those were some of the comments made by those have stayed at this inn. Word of warning from former visitors: There is no elevator, so if stairs are a problem ask for a room on the ground floor, not the second floor.
