The room is best described I think as a really comfortable business traveler's room and in a comfortable and romantic location. The bedding was nice and very comfortable. Appointments in room seemed a little old.

Beautiful lobby. Close to our event and major interstate.

Room overlooked back roof and not as plush as expected. Older than expected.

Very disappointed with the lack of amentias. Lack of any type breakfast in lobby. Room service prices so overpriced it was almost ridiculous. Loved the front desk colleagues, but warm cookies don't cut it as far amenities. If I had more than 2 night stay, we would probably have moved to another hotel. misleads their users. The only thing the hotel had to offer was the comfortable beds, but do not most hotels have comfortable beds.

The hotel messed up my reservation. When I came in Sunday night, they had checked me out, locked me out of my room, although my paid reservations was through Monday. It was fortunate that I had my online reservation with me to prove I had paid. This even though when I checked in on Friday night, the person noted I was staying through Monday morning. Not good.

Good location.

Not near many restaurants.
