Came into room very late and found housekeepers had not put sheets our our bed. Called service and took them 25 minutes to bring us sheets, that were the wrong size for the bed. We went down to the service place second time and took another 15 minutes to find correct sheets. Didn't even offer to make the bed for us. Last day of stay huge cockroach was in room. Do not reccommend at all. Very Trashy.

I was scheduled to stay for 4 days, but left after 4 hrs!Clogged toilet, nasty shower, dirty sheets! Yuck!

Perhaps my room wasn't used often as it had a smell...being disabled it was nice I was on the ground floor and able to park right in front of the door.

Hotel staff was friendly. We liked the breakfast that was served each morning in the hotel lounge. The maid service was very good; our room was cleaned daily with clean fresh linens,towels. Room was lovely, clean and had all the added items in the room for a stress free and relaxing trip.Hotel was only 8 mintues drive to downtown Savannah. Thanks very much.
