I thought it was expensive for what it had to offer.

The employees were very nice.

My key would not the side door to the outside.

Yes, I would recommend the Hampton Inn in Douglas, Georgia to my family and friends. The staff is very helpful and friendly. This hotel is immaculate, quiet and well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast is very good and has a variety of hot and cold food choices. Coffee is available 24 hours a day. There's a lot of amenities in the guest rooms. The beds are extremely comfortable and have Hampton quality bedding. The refrigerator, microwave and coffee/maker are in good condition. This hotel is located near some restaurants and is next door to a Super Wal-Mart. There are also some attractions in area.
