I would use the hotel again. We needed more pillows and they provided them with no question. We arrived early and they let us check-in. Thanks!

How this ever got a 3 star rating, I'll never know. We spent a weekend here with kids athletic team for a tournament. It is old, run down and needs updating. Arrived Friday night and 2 police cars were in the parking lot. Should have been my first clue. Woke up in the middle of the night to hear yelling, etc. Everyone complained about the towels, because they felt like sandpaper. the front desk was rude to several of us on the phone. He is probably the owner or manager AND he needs lessons in customer service.

We entered the room at night and there were roaches in the sink and even in the refrigerator. RM 426. RM 422 the toilet ran all the time and too had roaches. The young lady at the desk need training in how to greet customers needs. She has an attitude. "Like you wait till I'm ready to help you". The gentleman that checked us in was absolutely great and curtious.

Front desk service was substandard. Room was dirty. Room was missing a table. When I informed the front desk clerk, his comment was someone must have stolen it. He refused to move us to another room or to try to locate a table. There was no ash tray in the room.Tthe clerk made no effort to locate one for us. He told us to break a cup in half for an ash tray. This left us one paper cup in the room for drinking. He would not provide any additional cups. The next day we cancelled the remainder of our reservation and checked in across the street.

Substandard accomdations and service - posted on 12/19/2005

The rooms were below Days Inn standard. The room was missing the table when we arrived. When we informed the front desk clerk, he stated it must have been stolen. We asked for an ashtray (we were in a smoking room). The clerk told us there were non available. He suggested that we break a plastic cup in half. There was only one cup in the room.The clerk was rude and not the least bit helpful. The room was dirty. We checked out the next morning.
