The night of arrival, I was given the wrong room. Second night, found 4 boxs of broken glass on chair when entering room. Hours later I found glass on the floor; 11 months old picked up a beer cap and stuck in her mouth which was also found on floor. Went to wash a load of clothes on 3rd night and the dryer was broken.It took front desk 2 hour to dry clothes and forgot to call us when done. We had to call them as well as remind them to put them in dryer. Fourth night, well lets just say that I would not go there again. The only compensation, $50.00 taken off the whole bill......There are plenty of places to stay that are a lot lower priced and much better quality...More friendly staff, and a lot more sincere...

I spent only one night in your hotel on this trip. I was to have some test done at a local hospital the next day. The complaints I have are,the hotel sign was too small to be seen clearly from the street. And out the 25 TV channels only about 10 were not sports,news,weather or the hotel info. It seems to me your hotel is geared more towards men or male business travelers. There was nothing that really makes women feel welcomed in the hotel. I would also suggest that if you are going to have coffee in the rooms that you have an ample supply of sugar,creammer ect... Thank you and I hope this helps. Sincerly: Mrs.Patty Rice

Rooms so clean. Guest Services was very helpful and polite. Would suggest this hotel to anyone. If ever need to stay in Columbus Georgia again, I will be there. Hope to be able to enjoy the great pool.
