Overall, this was a pleasant experience. Hotel was easy to find and the check-in staff was friendly. The indoor pool was clean and warm with plenty of fresh towels. Hotel looked very clean.

Nice showers, nice indoor pool and hot tub.

Bed was not quite as comfortable compared to some other hotels.

In relationship to question 8, when asking for directions the response was I don't know, turned the head, and looking down at the desk appearing to be busy with paperwork.The location is in close proximity to World Changers Church International. Close to shops/restaurants etc...Unfriendly, unmotivated staff.

The 190-room Holiday Inn Atlanta Airport is located off Interstate 85 close to the Hartsfield Jackson International Airport and provides quality accommodation for both the business traveler and vacationer. Items included with the room rate at this five-story, full-service hotel are an airport shuttle, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper and in-room tea and coffee. The complimentary shuttle works well and the rooms here are modern, spotlessly clean and the prices competitive with the numerous neighboring properties. Those here to see the sights will find less expensive hotels away from the airport and avoid having to pay for parking.
