The hotel was really more than I expected. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very very nice. They smiled alot and always greeted us first before we could say a word. Hope to stay there again.

It was decent, I liked the way the TV worked with a computer, iPod, etc. Other than that it was a nice hotel room. Everything there was pretty nice though. It was a room, in a nice hotel, I spent most of the time sleeping.

Vegetarian options were slim, have to opt out of a USA-Today newspaper.

The 638-room Marriott Atlanta Airport provides luxury accommodation at a reasonable price for both business and leisure travelers. The 16-story, non-smoking hotel sits in 14 acres of landscaped grounds across from the busy Atlanta International Airport. The hotel operates a courtesy 24-hour shuttle to the airport. There are 27 meeting rooms available for business or social functions. The largest, the grand ballroom, can accommodate 1,250 guests. The property has easy access to Atlantas expressway system and the citys MARTA rapid rail system enabling easy travel to all parts of the city and its suburbs. Nearby landmarks and attractions include numerous golf courses, Stone Mountain Park, the Georgia Dome, home of the Atlanta Falcons, Turner Field, home of the Atlanta Braves and Underground Atlanta with its myriad of bars, restaurants and shops.

Many former visitors to this Marriott say it is one of the best airport hotels anywhere. The service shows southern hospitality at its best and the rates are reasonable considering all the facilities available. Any complaints about the accommodation looking tired, stopped when the hotel completed an $18 million renovation. Couples looking for a great place for a weekend getaway might consider this luxury hotel. The rates are lower because the hotels business clients are at home and the nearby expressways are quieter making it an easier and quicker drive to see the sights of Atlanta and its environs.
