The 130-room Holiday Inn Augusta West is seven miles from the world-renowned Augusta National Golf Course and provides quality accommodation at an affordable price for both the vacationer and the business traveler. Items included with the room rate at this four-story, non-smoking hotel are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, in-room coffee and parking. There is 1,800 square feet of meeting available for business or social functions. Corporate offices close to the hotel include John Deere, EZ Go, Serta Mattress, Georgia Iron Works and Ingersoll Rand. Other area attractions and landmarks include the Adventure Crossing theme park, Fort Gordon, Columbia County Amphitheater, the Ezekiel Harris House, Fort Discovery National Science Center, the Laurel and Hardy Museum, Morris Museum of Art, Woodrow Wilson Home and shopping at the Augusta Mall.

This Holiday Inn gets many good reviews thanks to its mod-look decoration, reasonable rates and well equipped rooms. Several clients said the hotel was easy to find, just off I-20, and the employees here were polite and took care of problem promptly. Earlier complains about poor Internet access have stopped now that changes have been made and clients said the speed was excellent both in the rooms and in the business center. All the rooms and four suites have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, flat screen LCD television with cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, refrigerator, microwave oven, in-room safe, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and two telephones with voicemail. Connecting rooms are available.
