This was a really good hotel experience...check in/check out went very smoothly. Housekeeping was excellent, as were the breakfasts. All staff was very friendly and always spoke to me....I would definitely visit this hotel again and again.

We stayed at the hotel in September of this year (2006). We were taking my son to Fort Gordon for the Youth Challenge program. It was a difficult day. I remember crying while checking in. I was comforted by staff and everyone mad me feel welcomed. The lobby, the rooms and the grounds were very clean. The beds were heaven. The breakfast was wonderful (my daughter's favorite part) and everything was awesome. Thank you so much for the warm southern hospitality.

I was visiting for Easter weekend, very clean facility. The printer in the business center did not work. Would stay again. Very easy acesss to I-20.

I conitinue to come here because it's close to my family. Who does a QA Quality Assurance check before someone checks in. I had to smeel terrible stain on so it looked so terrible. These stains should have been serviced before we get here. Room was about 9o degrees. Overall, this hotel is deteriorting due to lack of maintenance. There is a uniform need to focus on details. Management needs to do detailed inspection deligate and monitor condition of facility.
