Great location, very clean, and extremely friendly staff. Rooms are small, but very well decorated and well stocked. Definitely not a chain hotel, which makes it a nice change to the norm. The roof-top bar is a wonderful evening hangout not to miss. I was a little apprehensive that the staff may be stand-offish when I saw we had been booked in a boutique hotel, but I could not have been more wrong. Everyone there could not have been more friendly.
Very chic. Very friendly staff.
Not really a place to take the kids (peek-a-boo showers).

Upscale great beds and pillows very close to attractions downtown somewhat loud at night. Great rooftop bar with awesome city view at night, neighborhood and beggars are disturbing hotel staff is a plus.
Close to georgia world congress center.

The idea of the room was nice. The room it self was in need of repair, the window curtains were broken and the shower curtain was broken. We requested the hotel repair them and nothing was done.

Mandatory valet parking fee that was not included in the room fee.

All rooms come with a large work desk and complimentary high-speed Internet access. The modern bathrooms feature rain forest showerheads and a hairdryer. Other amenities include flat-screen television with cable movie channels and pay-per-view movies, coffee maker, mini bar, dual line telephone with voicemail and an iron and ironing board.
Amenities offered
Maxim Magazine and restaurateur Jeffrey Chodorow of China Grill Management developed the hotel’s main restaurant, Maxim Prime. Lighter fare and beverages are available at the Rooftop Bar and the Lobby Lounge. The hotel has a well-equipped fitness center, business center and dry cleaning and laundry facilities. The 24-hour front desk has information of area events and attractions. The hotel is close to Atlanta’s expressway system enabling an easy drive to all parts of the city and its suburbs. The upmarket shopping in the Buckhead area is a 10-minute drive away and the shops, bars and restaurants at Underground Atlanta are even closer.
