Location, room, cleanliness, quiet were all perfect. We walked to Altanta Underground. Breakfast excellent - best ever!

We got three rooms for a family adventure. 100 words isn't enough to describe the problems. (including but notlimited to that the parking garage has locking bars and the room doors do not close by themselves or even when you do without an affirmative tug). Iif you are expecting standard best western it isn't.

It cost me $* for one night, and I felt like I was sleeping in an old delapidated roadside motel. The ONLY thing good was it's location to downtown

The location was optimal for us, just 3 blocks from our convention so we could just leave our car. Breakfasts were better than we expected. Staff was at times accommodating and at times not too friendly. Carpets were filthy when we arrived, but they cleaned them for us.

We reserved several rooms. Did not receive what we were told. No early breakfast as we were promised. No indoor access, questioned safety. Rooms outdated and dirty. Staff put out if we asked for any assistance. Very outdated and "Best" Western had no interest in our concerns. We're going back to Atlanta next month, but we won't be staying here!!!

The parking is awful there is only one small driveway to enter and exit.You have to blow your horn and wave a piece of paper to get into the garage. Which is full of crates,old furniture and telephone books.The rooms are small and the bathrooms are even smaller. This hotel is only good if there is no where else and you're only staying a couple hours.
