Best Western Granada Suite Hotel-Downtown in Atlanta Georgia

This hotel is really convenient to everything- only half block from marta- but you can take the comp. shuttle if you want. The staff is super friendly, and the rooms are very clean, but a bit dated. It is a great value for midtown atlanta

The hotel is very comfortable, very clean, and the staff treats you like you are staying at the ritz. Location can;t be beat- this is midtown's best kept secret for an older hotel

I was very shocked at the conditions of the guest rooms. I had a 2 level suite which was an interesting suprise. There were stains on the ceiling, door knobs and locks had been replaced and doors not repaired, tv reception was not good - channels would loose reception on and off. Very disappointed in stay. Parking was terrible, not sure how they expect larger vehicles to park in that area.

Stayed here 5 days on business. The complimentary breakfast was very good and mgrs reception Mon-Fri eves was a nice way to relax. Staff were very nice, esp the shuttle van driver. Very knowledgeable and can advise you on good restaurants. Also, neighborhood much safer than downtown.

You could hear noise through the walls and ceiling. Huge mistake. I will avoid the Best Western experience in the future. .
