The 106-room Hampton Inn and Suites Atlanta-Galleria is a multistory motor inn providing modern affordable accommodation for the business or leisure traveler. The property is within easy walking distance to the Cobb Galleria Convention Center and close to shopping malls and a full range of dining options. Items included in the room rate are a breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, parking, local telephone calls and an assortment of beverages in the lobby. The property is 12 miles from downtown Atlanta and has easy access to Atlanta’s expressway system. Downtown attractions include the Georgia Aquarium, Underground Atlanta with its myriad of bars, restaurants and shops, the Georgia Dome, home of the Atlanta Falcons and Turner Field, home of the Atlanta Braves.

Several guests rated this as the best hotel in the Galleria area. Many thought the employees were excellent and gave great service and advice about what to see while visiting the area. Families on vacation without a car said the hotel shuttle enabled them to see a lot at no extra cost. All the rooms have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, mini-refrigerator and the choice of one king size bed or two queen size beds. Other amenities include cable television with movie channels, telephone with speakerphone, easy to set alarm clock, coffee and tea making facilities, iron and ironing board and a bathroom with hairdryer and night-lights.

Breakfast is the only meal served here but there is a convenience store on-site and numerous bars and restaurants nearby. The inn has a coin laundry, elevators, gift shop and laundry services. The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes and information on the area attractions. The hotel operates a shuttle service to nearby shops and offices. There is a fax and copy machine and typewriter available for guests’ use.

Traveling north on I-75: Take Exit #258 (Cumberland Boulevard). Take a left from the exit, go approximately ½ mile, and make a right onto Cobb Parkway. Go approximately one mile. Make a right onto Circle 75 Parkway. The Hampton Inn will be on the right. Traveling south I-75, take Exit #260 (Windy Hill Road). Go straight through the traffic light onto Circle 75 Parkway. Go approximately 1½ miles and the Hampton Inn will be on the left.
