Hotel is located in industrial area near airport. Lobby and room seem attractive upon arrival. However...Adjoining door between my room and neighbor allowed for EVERY word spoken in next room to be heard. After midnight checkin and do not disturb sign on door, housekeeping banged on my door at 8:54 AM. When I told her to leave me alone, she continued to yell through the door.Advised manager and received empty apology. Hotel looks nice, reality is otherwise.

Bathroom had black mold/mildew completely around the tub edge in the grout of the tile. Airport noise woke me with constant aircraft noise between 6:30 and 7:30am. I noticed a completely bald tire on the hotel's van. Room service breakfast was quick & the food was warm and good. Front dest staff was friendly and efficient. Ok, but I expect better from Doubletree.

Nice hotel. Not real easy to find. Front desk staff exceptional and fun. Resturant staff surly and uninterested.
