Overall, I give it a medium high ranking. It was clean and spacous, but the staff seemed unorganized and unwilling to help when we checked in. There was a very loud class reunion party in the lobby and you can hear loud music troughtout the hotel past midnite and into the early morning hours.

The only thing I disliked about this hotel was the food. My wife and I got up on the first morning, and went to the dining area for breakfast, only to be treated with the most tasteless array of cuisine I have ever encountered. Everything from the eggs to the bacon to the toast was flavorless, and for $15 per person, I expected much, much more. Trying to attribute the breakfast to a mishap, I ordered room service dessert later that evening, only to be treated with a bred pudding that had the same flavor as my bacon earlier, none. Food aside, the rest of the hotel was fantastic, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on outside of my own home. A friendly staff, that is always ready to serve any need you may have. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip to Atlanta, but I'll have my dining planned for elsewhere in advance.

The beds were extremely comfortable, and the staff was very courteous.

The food! Everything about all of the food we tried, excluding the cookies, was bland and tasteless. Will never dine at this facility again.

The 155-room Guest Suites Atlanta-Galleria hotel is northwest of Atlanta, two blocks from the Cobb Galleria Convention Center and Cumberland Mall shopping complex. The property is well suited to both leisure and business traveler. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to offices and attractions within a five mile radius of the property which would include the Galleria, Dobbins AFB, IBM, GE and numerous shopping centers and quality restaurants. The hotel has several meeting rooms capable of handling up to 150 guests for business or social functions. The property is a 15 minutes drive from downtown Atlanta and 30 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

All the suites have a double size Jacuzzi bath and writing desk with high speed Internet access. Other amenities include wet bar, refrigerator, two televisions with cable channels, hairdryer, coffee maker, three telephones and an iron and ironing board. There is a choice of one king size bed or two queen size beds. Each of the suites covers 600 square feet.

Former visitors to this quality hotel liked the spacious rooms and were impressed with the eight story atrium. The attentive staff was also appreciated. Businessmen who had calls to make in the area found the courtesy shuttle helpful and said the drive to downtown was easy if you avoided the morning rush hour. Tip from former guests: Be sure and take the warm chocolate chip cookie offered at check-in. Its gorgeous and gooey.
