I changed rooms once because of lack of cleanliness, and would have checked out if it had not been so late, and I wasn't sure where I could get a room at that point. The linens were dirty, with holes in them. The building had an odd smell, and the only vending and ice was on first floor. It was also very noisy - I could hear what the folks next door were saying.

Don't stay here - my first room was very dirty, including the linens on the bed. Second only slightly better. No vending on any floor. Noisy, smelled weird, and poorly maintained. If it had not been so late after a mong drive, I would have checked out. Never again.

While this could be worse, not by too much. The room had a poorly maintained feel, look, and just was not in even average shape. It certainly has potential to be quite a bit better it just could not rate any better.

Service was bad; room was cold and bedding wasn't fresh. The attendant was really rude when we arrived. We couldn't get the heater to generate any heat. The bedding smelled as if nothing was washed in detergent. I really hated the night I spent in this hotel

Smelly, dirty, mildew-ridden room. Was told no non-smoking rooms were available--hotel was full. But the parking lot was mostly empty (at 9pm) and no lights on 3rd floor were on. Hmmm..... Next time I'll stick with what I know.

The desk attendant was very rude when he couldn't find my reservation at first glance. He was very unhelpful and unpleasant. All the staff glared at us in the hallways! Horrible hospitality!

The room was dirty and run-down with stained chair seats, tiles missing from the bathroom floor and hair on the sheets. The air conditioner stopped working in the night and we had to move to another room. This room was cleaner, but had only one working light bulb in the whole room. We had a rollaway, and it also had hair on the sheets and the top sheet was so thin you could see through it and their was a huge rip down the middle of it.
