The hotel was friendly and courteous. Clean and nice. Understaffed for what was going on. I never left the hotel on Friday. They could not get my car out nor could they get me a taxi. I waited for 4 hours and just cancelled my appointment and went to bed furious.

The hotel location was great .

The whole reason for staying downtown was the location. They were under staffed and could not get our car out nor a taxi.

The hotel was very nice and I enjoyed my stay very much. We had 3 people though and a room with two twin beds would have been better than 2 doubles.

The lobby was nice and it had a great location.

No queen size beds only kings and doubles.

The 760-room Sheraton Atlanta Hotel is a full-service hotel well equipped for large conventions and equally suited to the business and leisure traveler needing to be in downtown Atlanta. The property has 90,000 square feet of meeting space capable of handling business or social functions for over 1,000 people. The hotel is close to Atlantas downtown connector enabling easy access to the citys airport and the surroundings attractions. Highlight of the hotel is its large garden courtyard swimming pool with a retractable roof.

Sadly, the $57 million refurbishing of this old Atlanta landmark has failed to impress many visitors. There have been numerous comments about poor service and high prices. Only good comments have been made about the pool and fitness center. Surely, Sheraton will be looking at the reviews and making changes to attract clients back. At the right price, this could be a great place to stay.
