for they money,you should get complementary breakfast/ (local calls) we were charged for.2day old food was served( i happended to see the date on the food holder.taxes and room service chards are outragious/customer service was pleasant/complimenary cookies were not left on the bed as told/bartender made good drinks but drink requested from menue they had no blender?? go figure./room too cold,couln't adjust airconditoning

I was visiting Atlanta for a shopping trip from the Caribbean. The rooms are very large, newly decorated with modern furniture, and a lovely bathroom. There is also a frig and microwave. Their shuttle will take you anywhere and pick you up within a 3 mile radius free of charge. Every store imaginable is within that distance, including Perimeter Mall and the outdoor Perimeter Center. The drivers were fantastic. Very satisfied.

This hotel was great! The rooms were wonderful and clean. The only problem was with the front desk staff and their inability to provide acurate shuttle information. When asked about information, we received several different answers and ended up late for our event.

This hotel was convenient, clean and affordable. The room was nicely furnished with two flat screen TVs, plenty of space, coffee maker, fridge, comfortable bed and furniture and a nice sized bathroom with shower and separate tub. The pool and workout facility were nice and the staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel anytime.

The room was huge, loved the stand-in shower AND tub in the same room, sofa bed, decor, bed was comfy, flat screen tv, it was all nice

When i stayed here they had advertised free internet access. By the time i had checked in apparently they had changed their policy and it was no longer free. When i called management they were immediatly confrontational and very argumentative. They would do nothing to rectify the situation even though when i booked the room their policy was to allow free access to the internet. Had my stay with them been refundable i would have left immediatly,

The room was a very nice size, esp for the price, the heated light in the bathroom so u wouldn't be cold stepping out the shower, it was decorated nicely, bed was sooo comfy. Loved everything about it, will definitely stay here again!

Would definitely stay here again, rooms were comfortable and clean, whirlpool tub was nice and room service was prompt. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking is free and it's close to major roadways. I wish I could keep it a secret, lol but that wouldn't be fair

This hotel was so much better than I was expecting! I was pleasantly surprised when I got inside. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. I got a gorgeous jacuzzi suite with great amenities. It was clean and very well furnished. 2 flat screen tvs, king bed, and a great kitchenette. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed Fri-Sun. Staff very cordial. Hotell very clean and quiet. Outside of hustle & bustle but only short drives to activities. Would definitely stay here again

This hotel is very comfortable. It is in a very nice and quiet area. Shoppers- It is only 30 minutes from the outlet mall. I have stayed here 3 times and would stay here again for business or leisure.

Nothing short of sleeping on a cloud could compare to our beautiful night for two at the Doubletree. From the moment we stepped inside the lobby, we were greeted with the warmness of a bed and breakfast while maintaining the class and sophistication of a 5 star hotel. The Romance Package included an exquisite suite with a private Jacuzzi, a large bed with an abundance of down pillows, and a freshly chilled bottle of champagne. We were never bothered by housekeeping even after we had napped past check-out time. I cannot wait to return to this night in the clouds.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything was nice and clean and the staff was very pleasant. The only problem I had with it was that it was to far from the downtown Atlanta area. Other than that, it was great.

We have made this our primary hotel when visiting Atlanta for weekend getaways from Augusta! You are close to shopping, food, and if you want to visit sites in other metro Atlanta areas it only takes minutes.
