Friendly, prompt and helpful service. The Embassy Suites is now my hotel of choice.
Going to church - posted on 05/06/2007
Had a huge church group staying there that weekend. Too many LOUD children and too many at breakfast. They should have fed them as a group,so the other people wouldn't be bothered. All that mattered to the hotel was the church group. Felt very alienated. Too much money paid to feel like a Motel 6. Getting charged for parking is not good either. Too many incidentals, so breakfast really isn't free, of course we couldn't even get that with all the kids.......

Our family stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. The hotel was very nice. We did have a little problem with the cleanliness of the bathroom on arrival. After reporting the problem twice, we were taken care of well. The staff member was very apologetic. Breakfast was great. Location was good and the hotel was very quiet. We didn't hear planes at all. Would definitely stay again.
Not the Best - posted on 03/02/2007
I stayed at the Embassy Suites by the airport in Atlanta. They were in the middle of renovations and my room stank of construction glue because they were working on the room on either side of me. Additionally, the indoor pool was closed for an undisclosed reason and the check-in was so slow I missed happy hour and the complimentary cocktails.
Dont' stay there - posted on 12/20/2006
This hotel needs remodeling. The rooms have very strong smell of the cleaner. We have changed the rooms twice. It look good from the pictures, but we were very disappointed.
Stay was nice, not perfect - posted on 11/22/2006
We did have to pay $6 for parking, alhtough the site listed free parking. The hotel was out of extra pillows and blankets. The room was great, as was the pool and breakfast was excellent!

This hotel is great. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff friendly. Breakfast great. Parking is difficult.
Business centre - posted on 02/04/2006
The charges for wireles connection to the internet are excesive. All other hotels do not charge for the internet service. Also, the hotel does not offer an alternative LAN connection for those with laptops that do not have wireless capabilities. It also needs a business center.
Thin Walls! - posted on 09/23/2005
Chose this hotel for the convenience to the airport. Was very impressed with the huge complimentary breakfast every morning but their resturaunt left something to be desired. The front desk staff was very busy and would be answering phones and trying to help us and 2 other people all at the same time. Resturaunt waitress not friendly at all, did not seem to want to be there. Rooms were ok but very thin walls and was up half the night listening to the intoxicated neighbors as they watched Final Four Basketball.
Terrible service - posted on 04/04/2005
Hotel was very beautiful but the service was shocking. Had a late arrival and was told no shuttles run late at night. Had an early flight out and was told the complimentary breakfast only began at 7am. When I checked in I was told all the staff were off for the night and I had to carry all my luggage (for an international vacation) up to my room on my own. What was worse was that I was a mother travelling with 2 children and was offered no assistance. I did not expect such shocking assistance from Embassy Suites.

The true suite arrangement with three separate beds was ideal for a reunion gathering of three college friends. The punctual airport shuttle let each of us quickly get to the hotel and, more importantly, out again the day of departure. Breakfast was excellent: very complete in offering and a substantial start to the day. The staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. One of us had a car, so getting around the city was easy. However, even without one, there's MARTA at the airport (easily accessed by hotel shuttle).
Abysmal Room Service - posted on 02/24/2005
I had an early flight the following day. I ordered room service. About an hour and a half later I called and they told me that they didn't have my order and what I ordered before they were out of 3 hours earlier. Usually like Embassy Suites but the service was a complete joke and I wouldn't go back to this particular location again.
pretty good! - posted on 02/08/2005
The decor of the hotel is great, valet parking was a plus, room service was good: they automatically added 18% gratuity but expected additional tip when they brought the food. The indoor pool was cold, but overall it was a nice stay. hotel staff was friendly
