This is very much a budget hotel with its only plus factors being its prices and location close to Atlanta’s Hartsfield Airport. The three story 100-room property is easy to find when you exit Interstate 85 at Virginia Avenue West. The hotel does operate a free shuttle to and from the airport and it is only seven miles to downtown Atlanta where you won’t find a hotel for less than the prices they charge here.

Yes, if money is a problem and you have to be near the airport. No, if you are expecting a quality room with modern furnishings. Previous clients have complained about delays in check-in, an unhelpful front desk and general lack of maintenance of the property. Read our customer reviews?

Econo Lodge Airport Accommodations

The rooms are small but do have cable TV and pay-per-view movies, coffee maker and free Internet access. There is no elevator and access to the rooms is from the outside. There is a 35 cent charge for local calls.

Amenities offered

Dining facilities are limited to a free continental breakfast but there are numerous restaurants in the area. There is an outdoor pool which is open during the summer. The hotel says it is has rooms designed for the handicapped. The location is great for getting to the attractions that abound around Atlanta
