Courtyard by Marriott Cumberland Center in Atlanta Georgia

Since the price was so much lower than the other nearby hotels, I was skeptical at first, but I have always trusted a Marriott. This was a very nice hotel w/excellent customer service and clean, well decorated rooms. My children and I enjoyed our stay.

employees at front desk did not know what they were doing. They attempted to charge me for the room twice, spent 45 mins trying to check in. The hot tob was broken and the indoor pool not heated. The rooms were very small and cluttered.

From the moment we walked through the door, the staff was friendly and pleasant. The hotel is immaculate and the breakfast bar is delicious. The hotel is located accross the street from Cumberland Mall and near major store chains, as well as the Cobb Galleria Center, so the location is ideal. Check out was at 12 noon. We checked out at 11:57. We hated to leave.
