The shuttle bus thing is a big deal. I have stayed at all the hotels around the airport and the all have better shuttle bus service

Completely met my expectations -- we could not have asked for a nicer stay. We definitely hope to stay at the Renaissance Concourse next time we're in Atlanta.

This is one of the best places to stay if you want to be close to the very busy Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. The Renaissance Concourse Hotel has recently been renovated and is just one mile away from the airport. There is a free around the clock shuttle bus. The hotel was constructed with advanced acoustical design that minimizes noise, yet allows for enormous windows with magnificent views. Each of the 380 rooms and seven spacious suites guest room opens onto the 11 story atrium. There is a club floor with upgraded amenities and club lounge access. Smokers beware, this is a Marriott property and the entire hotel is non-smoking.

Accommodations

All the rooms and suites are spacious and tastefully furnished and come with satellite TV with pay-per-view movies, a wet bar and coffee and tea making facilities. For a daily fee of $14.95 you can have Internet access and unlimited local and long distance (within the U.S.) phone calls. The well equipped bathrooms come with a hairdryer and a bathtub with spray jets.

Dining options include the Concorde Grill, open for breakfast lunch and dinner and specializing in Mediterranean Cuisine. The Concorde Bar is open for lunch and dinner with views over the airport runways. Outside the hotel there are several restaurants within walking distance. The hotel has a health club and there is an indoor and outdoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi, hot tub and whirlpool. For the businessman there is a full service business center and for special events the hotel has 28 rooms for banquets or seminars with a total of 35,000 square feet of meeting space.

Former clients here are amazed at the views over the airport runways. Some rooms have balconies that overlook the airport. You can also watch the aircraft while swimming in the pool or sitting in the hot tub. Friendly staff, spacious, spotless accommodation and great dining also get high marks from those who have stayed here.
