Hotel room was nice, great location; however, hotel staff was not familiar with hotel policies. One staff member said before our arrival we could upgrade our room for a fee, when we checked in another staff member said that policy was not correct, then asked another staff member who said it was correct, which is was. Also we extended our stay and charged the room to another party that was traveling with us. When we tried to correct the situation, we were always told that the manager was not available. However, when we finally did contact the manager, the manager on duty was accommodating and did apologize for the hotel error in charging us and did refund the money on the credit card. However, when we checked out of the hotel we asked staff members for a receipt and they stated that the hotel does not provide receipts when you check out which I found to be unacceptable since as a guest I am paying money to stay there. I feel that is my right to receive a receipt.
Good location close to highway.

I was very impressed at first sight. There was a lot more in the rooms than I expected. It was very comfortable. I love the fact that the only time room service was there is if you needed to call them. It was nice not having to worry about our stuff. And we didn't need anything extra except trash bags. The over all stay was great.
It was very impressive. Staff great, Rooms Awesome. More than I expected.
There is nothing to tell. Well maybe the fridge quit working the night before we left.

I have complained many times in this survey about rude service. Staff has changed and is much better, hope it stays that way.
Location is great, room was nice.
I was satisfied so nothing to say bad.

All the suites come with a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, stovetop, toaster and a refrigerator. Other amenities include work desk, Internet access, coffee and tea making facilities, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, IDD telephone with data ports and voicemail and cable TV with movie channels.
Amenities offered
The reception office is open from 7pm until 11pm and can assist with mail delivery, fax and copying services as well as provide information on local attractions. There is a coin-operated laundry on-site. Housekeeping services are limited but should you want extra cleaning it can be provided for an additional fee. There is no restaurant here but there are numerous places to eat close by including an IHOP, Domino’s Pizza, Outback Steakhouse and a Red Lobster.
