The staff at the Crown Plaza was very accommodating. The room however was in need of repair from the frayed lampshades to the dirty carpet, cracked sink, closet door that wouldn't close to the drain the the tub that wouldn't drain.

Awful experience. Rooms are TINY! Horrible desk staff and poor management plagues this place. Terrible value. 2nd worst of over 200 properties I've stayed in.

Parking costs seemed high, the sink stopper was broken (was fixed immediately) the CD player did not work but the staff were friendly, restaurant was very good and the location was very convenient (MARTA near by)

Only a block from the Buckhead MARTA station, this hotel is convenient and pleasant. I found the staff to be helpful and attentive. My two complaints about the room are a slight smell to the carpet and a slippery surface in the bathtub for showering. Rooms and bathrooms are small but adequate.

The location was great but would like to see more ambiance at the hotel. The rooms were small and the check-in area and perimeter was crowded. Could also have a separate bar area other than at the restaurant.

The front desk people were not friendly. The organization of the hotel needs improvement. They gave me a room that was already occupied. Needless to say I scared the people to death when I opened the door. To add to that, when I went downstairs and relayed what happened, the hotel offered no apology. I would recommend looking at other hotels before staying here. Additionally, you have to pay for parking. It is quit expensive.

We should have known from the beginning that we were going to have a bad experience. When shown to our room (on the Club Floor), there was a old smalll refrigerator sitting right outside our door. How tacky!! The bathroom sink stopper did not work and someone had spilled something white on the right back corner of the bathroom vanity and no one had cleaned it up. There was no one in the restaurant on Sat. night, but Sun. morning is was okay and the food was good. I tried so hard to make my husband's birthday special, but all this kind of ruined it for us.

My husband and I went to Atlanta to go to a concert. I was very impressed with the hotel as a whole. Rooms were exceptional, service was great. The only thing that I did not like was that the bar/restaurant closed at 12 midnight. By the time we came back from the concert, the bar was closed. The nice bartender told us of another bar that we could go to (at another hotel). I thought that the hotel was worth the money. I would stay there again.

h20 pressure in bathrooms/shower is very weak. Why they make hotel guests pay big $$ for parking is beyond me. Lots of pillows, but too thick and kink your neck. Asked Housekeeping for different pillows-they couldn't have cared less.

Well, Crowne Plaza has never let me down before. This one was great too.. Will stay with this chain again and again.

The staff are very courteous and friendly. They were all so helpful!! Though it's located on a very tight place, it's still nice. The only downfall, is that they only valet parking which is $15.00. But I would stay here again!!
