My only complaint is the housekeeping staff talking.. socializing early in the morning while you're trying to sleep. Otherwise, an enjoyable stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza. Staff was very pleasant and attentive to my needs when needed. I needed a quick getaway and laid in the WONDERFUL bed all day.

The only complaint I have is that they initially booked me into a King room at the very end of the hallway next to the vending machines. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, but for some reason the room at the very end is *VERY* small - it barely accomodates a king-sized bed and two nightstands. I swear, I've never experienced claustrophia until I walked into that room! Fortunately, the desk clerk was very gracious and allowed me to switch to a King room more towards the center of the hallway - quite spacious and lovely!

From check-in to check out, my expereince at Crowne Plaza was excellent. Bedding is awesome. Staff is wonderful. During my stay there were some plumbing issues with the sink, that really need to be addressed. However my overall stay was wonderful!!!

Really enjoyed my stay. Staff is amazingly polite and accomodating. Restaurant is a bit pricey, but the food is very good. Bedding and beds were wonderful. Rooms are very quiet for the size and locatino of the hotel.

As a business traveler, worst stay ever. Waited 4 hours for a room, got one next to the elevator, burnt carpet, no ashtray, no remote, terrible restaurant service and lousy food. To top it off, the billing sent to AMEX was more than the bill I had. They say I have to get with AMEX. What a joke!!!

We arrived at about 2:00am in the morning, and we were greeted by a very courtesous clerk, who made out check-in easy. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and the restaurant staff remembered our beverage orders from the day before. Excellent!

We stayed at this hotel overnight before an early morning flight. The rooms were quiet, even though the location is very convenient to the airport, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and quickly got us our park and fly passes as we were travelling with 3 small children. They also have a wonderful pool area. We will stay there again.

I've had some bad experiences with the Holiday-Inn chain of hotels, so I was expecting this hotel to be just ok. But it was great! Great service, beautiful lobby, comfortable rooms. Sweet extras, like sleep masks, earplugs, linen spray and relaxation cd to play on the CD player/alarm clock. Will definitely go back.

Staff was superb and the hotel was very clean. Minutes from the airport with no noise from the airport or traffic. Found a new place for my Atlanta stay overs. You cant go wrong here!
