While the staff at this facility was friendly, the rooms were very out of date and the facility itself was definitely showing its age.

guestroom was clean but very in need of updating. Beds were marginal. Airport noise was a problem very late into the night. Better weatherstripping on room door would make a big difference.

low, rusty, caving ceilings, floor dehumidifier in room, creepy/dark very outdated, moved location - staff was friendly and efficient

The hotel was busy since our stay was during the NCAA Final Four. We were able to rest and relax in the hotel room. I did not get the opportunity to utilize all of the amenities in the hotel, but I enjoyed my trip.

Not a bad hotel for a night or two. Common areas are well-kept and clean. Had breakfast at the restaurant-it was fine. The rooms need some updating-the hotel's age is showing. The fitness room equipment should be updated too-the cardio equipment is in real bad shape. Several different restaurants that are within walking distance.

I had to change my room four times..the staff was O K I guess they were so used to the complaints ,believe there we many..I witnessed a few I would not stay there again

The hotel is run down and located very close to the freeway, and thus, very noisy.

It was a really good hotel. I received my money's worth. Our tub was a stopped up in the bathroom everything else was fine.

My stay was wonderful. The lobby internet saved me a few times. Staff was wonderful at many different occasions. A wonderful experience.

Food was wonderful and priced well, bar was friendly. Room was clean, no maint issues. THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL I WILL DEMAND TO STAY HERE AGAIN

I had a 1st floor outside/parking lot enter room.Noise was a big problem all night and the feeling of 'needed security' was an issue. The room was clean but worn and very 'low rent'...I would NOT stay there again.

I was forced to stay here as a result of flight cancellation. It was late getting in and early getting out. That fact was the best part of staying at this property. The entire hotel has an offensive odor and rooms are in need of major repairs.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can not believe it was rated 3 diamonds by AAA! The outside smelled , the rooms smelled, and the furniture in the lobby was ripped. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

This hotel has improved since my last visit. They have improved guest rooms with some type of soft good renovation. Still need to work on meeting rooms, but they are making progress.
