Accomodations were very nice. Staff was very pleasant. Restaurant and lounge were too pricey for what was offered.
Beds were very comfortable.
Only two wash cloths were left in the room.

Deluxe 4 star hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Access to fine dining and shopping. Did not find it easy to make a left turn out of the hotel entrance. Had to turn right but was not allowed to make a u turn at the first stop light.
Clean and comfortable.
Did not have free wi fi connection. Upscale hotel should not charge for wi fi.

Accommodations
All of the 436 rooms and suites here are spacious and fully equipped. Features include marble bathrooms with hairdryer and bathrobes, satellite TV with videos on demand, minibar, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, safe large enough to store and charge a laptop computer, three or more telephones and a newspaper every morning. Room service operates around the clock.
Amenities offered
The hotel’s award-winning restaurant Cassia attracts clients from all parts of Atlanta – and beyond - for what is called Simple Southern Elegant Cuisine. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a special brunch every Sunday. Room service offers a special menu for younger guests and the hotel has two lounges. The outdoor pool is surrounded by a serene Japanese garden and is located by the Health Club on the third floor. There is a snack bar by the sundeck which is open during the warmer months. The 24-hour front desk can organize tours to the area attractions as well as arrange for laundry and drying cleaning.

This is a quality hotel in a quality location. Negative complaint noted from previous visitors is that staying here is harmful to your bank balance. Shoppers – not content with the sundry stores at the hotel can do some serious shopping at nearby Lenox Square or Phipps Plaza. Lenox Square features 250 specialty boutiques as well as Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s and Neiman Marcus. Transportation back to the hotel is free. Another plus factor.
