Days Inn is so-so. - posted on 05/15/2007
We were disappointed that the restaurant and lounge were closed " for remodeling" but no one was working on it. Location is convenient, rooms are small.

Easy walking distance to CNN Center, GA Aquarium, and Olympic Park. Rooms need a face lift. Shower (head) could be used for a removing paint rather than a relaxing shower. Front desk needs to go through soft skills training on how to be friendly to customers.
Nice...very nice! - posted on 03/06/2007
Very convenient location. Walking distance to Dome/Congress Center area. Accommodating staff & very clean rooms. 24 hrs restaurant attached to hotel...good food. One may be able to avoid parking fees by parking on the street, behind hotel. Only "complaint": mattress was too firm.

Me and 2 friends stayed here for a weekend away. The location is WONDERFUL. Centrally located to alot of places. 2 things need improvement. Parking is $15 a DAY, and sometimes had a hard time even finding a spot. T.V. only got 10 channels. Overall, good stay. Clean, friendly, etc.

We drove into Atlanta to drop off a college student, this was in our budget and the attached restaurant had the best breakfast! This is where I choose to stay when I visit Atlanta

I was in Atlanta for only one night and only needed a place to clean up and change. The location of The Days Inn to down town Atlanta was perfect. The front desk was freindly and helpful. The room was clean and best of all it was inexpensive.
close to GWCC - posted on 03/31/2006
For the price this was an excellent choice. The Days Inn was clean, had good internet service and was very close to the convention center. The attached diner is also a good spot for an inexpensive meal.
Do not stay here - posted on 09/28/2005
This hotel charges you to park ontop of the hotel rate. The elevators are always busy, the cafe in walking distance is outragously expensive, and we asked for more pillows and no one ever got back to us. the one pillow you get is about as thick as a sheet.

I found the front desk staff to be more than helpful even pleasent. Parking was convenient but not covered sometimes a little crowded. Pool-Great. The room was very clean, Nothing Fancy, but I was pleased. Close to Everything. Resturant Service is slow , but the food is good. Ice maker(free Ice) and Drink Machine on Every Floor. I WILL stay here again when Im back in Atlanta.
good location, good service - posted on 06/28/2005
i stayed here for a convention and really enjoyed it here. 10 minute walk to gwcc, coffee shop had just about every breakfast & lunch food imaginable even at 1am. staff gave me written and verbal directions to things that were more than adequate. for downtown atlanta, this is a pretty tough deal to beat
Why I Was There. - posted on 04/29/2004
I did not have time to go out and enjoy the surrounding area due to the fact I was there for a work conference....but the hotel was located near my conference and not far from any type entertainment that I would want and there were plenty of places to dine although I had mine delivered the night that I was there. I did not like having to pay extra for parking though. I feel that parking should be free....especially not an extra $12.00. Local calls should also be free.
