The Westin far exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and a very beautiful hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

The Westin had everything you could need at the hotel.

It is not a 4-Star Hotel like the Hilton. It is getting very run down and I was so disappointed to be there instead of the Hilton which is a 10 in every category. Until the Westin is renovated it should only be a 3-Star!

The staff is very friendly.

It is getting shabby-torn curtains, dirty chairs.

Excellent experience at this hotel will start with the great staff on the bus. Absolutely hassle free, no excuses allowed check-in and a hotel room that will absolutely shake your head in amazement. It was clean, it was nice. A large king size bed with a large plasma TV.

Awesome room, awesome people.

The bus service to the airport could be more frequent but quite acceptable.

The 495-room Westin Atlanta Airport is a full-service hotel providing affordable accommodation for the business traveler or family on vacation. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle ride from the nearby Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Focal point of the non-smoking, pet-friendly property is the 10-story atrium adorned with marble, glass and gardens. The hotel is close interstates I-85 and I-285 and just down the road from Georgia International Convention Center and the home office of Delta Airlines. The hotel operates a Kids Club for younger visitors and around the clock dining for moms and dads. The property is eight miles from downtown Atlanta with its myriad of attractions.

There were many compliments about the efficient shuttle, affordable accommodation and helpful and friendly staff. This airport hotel gets lots of repeat customers which is encouraging since there are dozens of competing hotels, motels, lodges and inns in the area. Several former clients say that some or the rooms are in need or refurbishing but they still keep coming back knowing the work will be underway shortly.
