I have stayed here many times and have always found the staff very friendly and helpful.The rooms have always been clean and comfortable.

We stay here the night before early flights, have breakfast and head to the airport. The breakfast is just wonderful...it's really something special. The rooms are comfy and clean and nice. The pool is good. The shuttle service is very convenient. The only downside was that the desk people didn't know about their park & fly program, nor did the valet, yet that's what we signed up for when we reserved last time.

The front desk service must be consistent on all three shifts. The first impression has to be the best impression.

very nice great people and the interstate 85 very easy to get back onto.will definetly stay there again. very nice place for the low price

We booked a double bed executive suite. On the 17th floor, the view was absolutely captivating. However, it was quite small for a suite, and had average amenities. Friends that traveled with us had a "standard" room in which everything in our "suite" was offered in their "standard" room. The conceirge service was great. He provided us with printed directions to and from restaurants and night clubs and offered some helpful suggestions. The valet service came in handy and for $12.00 per day it was worth it. We were 15mins from downtown Atlanta and less than 2 mins from the airport.

The hotel was quite nice and the staff very helpful and knowledgable. The only drawback was that one of the rooms was a bit smoky.

an hour and half after arrival and after 2 phone calls we were finally picked up grom the airport. The hot tub was cold. First room smelled bad.would not stay ther again.Our experience certainly was not 4 star level, maybe 2

The hotel was clean and the personnel at the front desk were nice and helpful with directions to GICC and as a tourist. The restaurants in the hotel were good. The beds were nice. The one thing I did not care for were the cloth shower curtains. The water pressure was great, but found water all over the floor.

very comfortable bedding! Rooms are very clean. Personell exceptional. Room service quick and food was still hot!

The front desk, concierge and room service were specatacular. Room was nice, but it needed more art work or mirrors on the wall. Kind of bland. Room service food was top notch as well. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Service was exceptional. Staff was polite and freindly. Shuttle bus ran regularily to airport-MARTA, and it was easy to get downtown without renting a car. Shuttle bus drivers were allowed to alter course to accomodate special travelers' requests (Driver dropped us off at an nearby restaraunt and picked us up again). Only issue: the location is within two miles of the ariport but it seems that there is "slim pickins" for nice restaraunts off the premises.

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff very friendly. The indoor pool was comfortably heated. Good fitness center.
