This ward winning airport hotel - it was won the AAA 4 diamond award for 18 consecutive years – has 503 rooms and suites and caters mainly to businessmen who want to be close to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The leisure traveler can get very affordable rates at weekends when the executives are at home. The hotel operates a 24-hour free shuttle to the airport and also to the airport MARTA station – Atlanta’s rapid rail system – which gives easy and inexpensive access to all parts of the city. Hilton has come a long way at Atlanta Airport. Years ago this site was a sprawl of motel type units. The rooms were small and noisy. Today the rooms are spacious and quiet. At weekends the leisure traveler can enjoy great rates and the location is in easy driving distance of many of Atlanta’s attractions including Stone Mountain, Six Flags over Georgia, the new Georgia Aquarium, Phillips Arena, the Georgia Dome and the CNN Center. The rooms have triple glazing to eliminate noise from the airport and facilities include a 27-inch flat screen TV with pay-per-view movies, coffee maker, two 2-line phones with voice mail, high speed internet access (additional charge for this) hairdryer, iron and ironing board and a complimentary USA Today. Each standard room has the choice of one king or two double beds.

The hotel has a state-of-the-art fitness facility, indoor and outdoor pools and whirlpool. There are three restaurants that offer a variety of dining options The Magnolia Grill offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. The extensive lunch buffet attracts executives from nearby offices as well as hotel guests. The hotel is close to Delta Airlines home office and the Georgia International Convention Center. Top dining spot at the hotel is Andiamo, serving the best in Italian cuisine. The Coffee Bar has Starbucks coffee and Krispy Kreme doughnuts. The Finish Line is the property’s popular sports bar. There is a business center and younger ones aren’t forgotten with special menus available for them.

The Hilton Atlanta Airport is approximately 3 blocks on the left. From the South: Take I-85 North. North on I-85 to Exit 73A (Virginia Avenue). Right onto Virginia Avenue off of exit ramp. The Hilton Atlanta Airport is three 3 blocks on the left.
